REDMOND, WA–(Marketwire – 06/08/11) – WildTangent is announcing today that it plans to launch an Android™ games service with T-Mobile USA, Inc. later this year that uniquely maximizes monetization for developers and gives T-Mobile customers new choices on Android-powered smartphones and tablets.
With the new service on Android smartphones and tablets, T-Mobile customers will have the opportunity to more easily discover, try and enjoy top games of all types hassle-free. Players will have the choice to play games for free with advertising, rent games for a fraction of the suggested retail price and purchase the must-have titles they want to keep. The cost of the rental will be applied toward purchase so customers can easily own games if they play them often.
